Roasted Cauliflower. That is all.


Turn the oven on.  It probably defaulted to 350 degrees, which is fine.  Put in some roastable veggies, like some really nice cauliflower, tossed in some olive oil.  Don’t forget the salt.  Roast ‘em.  Add some chopped garlic towards the end and some parmesan cheese and a few pine nuts, if you got them.  Roast a little more. Eat.
